About ISA Therapy

Michael Kleinert, M.S., L.Ac., ATC, CSCS

Michael Kleinert graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and is certified through the National Athletic Trainers Association. Michael is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is a certified SpiderTech™ kinesiology tape practitioner. His experience in the sports medicine field as an Athletic Trainer include physical therapy clinics, high schools, colleges, corporate, and government settings.

In 2007, Michael graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine. He holds both a Cailfornia State Acupuncture license (L.Ac) and is a Diplomate of the National Board of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Michael’s experience in the acupuncture field includes working with triathletes, marathon runners, cross fit athletes and Olympic hopefuls.

ISA Therapy is a collaboration of Sports Medicine and Oriental Medicine that provides an individual with the ability to reach their optimal health goals. ISA therapy utilizes the healing modalities of acupuncture, manual therapies, therapeutic exercise, kinesiology taping, herbs and supplements to enhance a patient's recovery and to achieve their desired level of functioning. He believes the personalization of each individual's plan of care is crucial for the attainment of their health goals.
